Anthony has spent 26 years on the street and time in prison. Before coming to the shelter, Anthony’s last shower was while he was in jail over 3 months ago. At the height of his addiction, he was scoring 20 times a day. Now that Anthony is at Cotton Street, he is down to just a couple of times a day. Our team are dedicated to helping Anthony further along his journey and back into society.
Before Cotton Street, I slept in a doorway every night since leaving prison.
With the help of the NHS, Merseycare, council officials, agencies and the people of Liverpool, we’re stronger together, and can really make a difference.
